[Linux-PowerEdge] Broadcom network cards losing connectivity sporadically

Hi,
we are using them in Xenserver. So a different kernel is not an option. We learned that reloading the defaults in the Bios at every reboot solves that problem. But this is very inconvenient. Hope to solve this permanently.
