[Linux-PowerEdge] dsu failing to install iDRAC Service

+1 for Onno comment on adding dependencies and not /dev/null'ing errors.
This has been on my investigation list as why updates are not being
applied. Now I know. Thank you Onno!

At the VERY least update the DSU page (
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/dsu/
) to indicate need to manually install
