IIRC, DRAC firmware does NOT require a system reboot, just a DRAC reset
which is automatically done during the update -- that's why it's not in the
queue.  So, you need to test with a firmware update that requires a reboot.

Again, IIRC, network firmware requires a reboot.  I'm sure there are others
but I can't remember what they are.
