DLR (15.07.00) supports the following OSes (http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/omsa.html)

 *   Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 server Update 5 (x86_64)

 *   Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 server (x86_64)

 *   SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11SP3 (x86_64)

 *   SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (x86_64)

RedHat EL 5.x x86_64 support is dropped. You can use an older repo to update RHEL 5.x x86_64 (ex: http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/Linux_Repository_14.12.00/)
