You would not want the OMSA services running at the same time as the docker image omsa services. I would expect that stopping the srvadmin services would be sufficient.
At least while you were testing the docker image.

I tried installing the debian jessie repo as outlined here:  http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ubuntu/

However, apt-get update then apt-cache search srvadmin returns nothing.  Are those repos still working?
