Hi, There seems to be ACPI problem on R220 and some other 12G models:
Tested v2.6.x 32bit kernels halt with kernel panic. R220 BIOS is the latest, v1.2.1.
With acpi=off they manage to boot but very slowly so this is not practically possible workaround.
We tried also following kernel boot options with no success: acpi=ht, pci=noacpi, acpi=noirq, pnpacpi=off, noapic, nolapic
Kernel 3.2.0-4-amd64 works ok (Debian jessie).
Can anyone help on this, for example patches to ACPI code or other workarounds?
Any info is appreciated.
