I've seen something similar (but not the same process) on Oracle VM Server 
(OL/RHEL5-based hypervisor) when rebooting them (and thus shutting down OMSA 
services:

kernel: dsm_sa_eventmgr[5915]: segfault at 35cda9a8f0 ip 00000035cda9a8f0 sp 0000000041b4d0f8 error 14 in libcrypto.so.0.9.8e[3774600000+12d000]
