Hello,
There is noting to be alarmed with these "ACPI Error" messages, 
>> kernel: ACPI Error: No handler for Region [SYSI]  
>>....

These messages could imply that there is no code support in CentOS6.4 kernel to handle IPMI region of ACPI tables.

I have updated the firmware for perc raid controller card, network card, IDRAC firmware and the BIOS version on Dell R720 server. I have installed CentOS 6.4 and updated with all the latest packages using yum -y update.

Dell highly recommended to keep all firmware up-to-date for stable conditions. Please check Fixes & Enhancements ()before downloading the any firmware

Kindly download the below links and update firmware to latest from below order Please follow the below order for updating firmware to latest .

1.      Clear Error logs

2.      Have Scheduled Downtime with complete data backup.

3.      Restart once before updating driver, firmware and check for server normal operation.

4.       Update Firmware as per the order below, after each update have Restart
