This worked perfectly!

(In my case I only needed the following three commands:

# yum remove srvadmin-omcommon
# yum install srvadmin-all
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin/srvadmin-services.sh restart)

Thanks for your help!

Had the same complaint, I ended up running just:
# yum remove srvadmin-omcommon
to remove it and noticed the notification during that:
warning: /opt/dell/srvadmin/etc/omarolemap saved as /opt/dell/srvadmin/etc/omarolemap.rpmsave

after that reinstall (this because it drops the dependency packages also):
# yum install srvadmin-all

and then restore the omarolemap:
# mv /opt/dell/srvadmin/etc/omarolemap.rpmsave
/opt/dell/srvadmin/etc/omarolemap

and then just in case:
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin/srvadmin-services.sh restart
