Yes, they will run Debian Squeeze. The only major obstacles are getting firmware for the built-in NIC and a newer driver module for the PERC card. Here's one way to handle the NIC:

As far as the PERC card, you could try something like this solution for the R510's H700 PERC on squeeze:
http://linux.dell.com/files/openmanage-ubuntu/megaraid-r510/
That specific module will work for the H700 controller. You'll need to follow the instructions for creating a module for a different PERC card if you don't have the H700.

Wheezy should just work "out of the box".
