H700: omconfig and Operation disabled

Here it is.  This is a drive I replaced yesterday after the previous
drive was kicked from the array.  There are non Dell OEM disks, but
even if I try operations on the flex-bay 2.5" disks, which are OEM,
those commands fail as well in the same manner.  Dell Tech support was
not able to help me with this issue either, so that is why I came here
:)
