Actually, you don't want to have the firmware repository if you're on PowerEdge with RHEL or SLES. The hardware/OMSA repo contains the officially-supported firmware updates. The firmware repo is community-supported, and is useful for desktop/workstation for which rpm-based bios updates are not officially-supported. In some cases, having both configured can cause conflicts.
