Yes, that is the correct repository. Looks like you don't have any bios packages installed. Make sure you've run these two commands to install all the packages applicable to your machine:

# yum install dell_ft_install
# yum install $(bootstrap_firmware)

If you've run those in the past, a 'yum update' should get you a newer bios if one is available. Firmware-tools (update_firmware) only looks for bios packages installed on your local disk.
