rsync issues to linux.dell.com

Looking at it...times out for me as well. However rsync is running and serving files, so could be a capacity issue. If conditions continue will have rsync service reset.

Hi,
I am trying to rsync the repository locally using the given command but the rsync fails.
However telnet works.
Can anyone advice what is wrong with rsync?
