Interesting.

I see a similar issue on 32bit, PAE, RHEL 5.3, on a PowerEdge 6650.

Attributes : Total Installed Capacity
Value      : 16384  MB

Attributes : Total Installed Capacity Available to the OS
Value      : 15992  MB

392MB "missing" in this case.

Google doesn't turn up much, although I suspect in my case its related
to being a 32bit kernel.
