PERC H700 w/RHEL 5.1 DTK

I manage a small initrd image that our company uses to configure the hardware on newly purchased Dell servers. During a test of one of our new servers (R710 w/PERC H700), the RAID configuration failed. I would greatly appreciate any clues that may help me troubleshoot this problem.
