OMSA & Suse Enterprise 11

So I keep seeing references to OMSA 6.3 but its not available on the linux.dell.com site at http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/

Where do I download it from? I suspect it will solve my issues getting omreport working on the pec6100.
