frequent reboot of Power Edge R710

I am having a strange problem my Dell Power Edge R710 is rebooting frequently.
I am not clear with what to look for in this case or how to debug this problem.
What should I begin with.
I am using Ubuntu on it
and following logs from  /var/log/messages were noticible
