PE T610 IDE Emulation

Hi Shyam,
I have since learned that the T610 supports PCI Native Mode which is very
similar to IDE with the exception that one must retrieve bar values and
interrupt information from PCI config space.  After doing this, our IDE
driver worked just fine.

Not sure if the PE T610 supports that.. but I would guess this is 
perfect use case to virtualize the proprietary OS...
