Hello ,

LSI Logic SAS1068E B3  

it is not a PERC card , it is a SAS card , 

for example here is lspci output from 1950 sas5i
02:08.0 SCSI storage controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS1068 PCI-X Fusion-MPT SAS (rev 01)
and 
for PERC6IR from R610
03:00.0 RAID bus controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic MegaRAID SAS 1078 (rev 04)
