It is mentioned in the Download page. Probably you haven't read the
Installation Instructions Section. The following text is mentioned in
the section.
Custom Instructions for OM_6.1.0_SMTD_A00_001.iso:

This is part 1 of 2 of the ISO file.

Download all ISO file segments into an empty subdirectory on your local
hard drive. After you have downloaded all the file segments, run the
following command to create the ISO file:

copy /b OM* OM_610_SMTD_A00.iso [Windows]
cat OM* > OM_610_SMTD_A00.iso [Linux]

Note: If the wildcard format above does not bring the file segments in
the right order, run the following command instead to create the ISO
file:

copy /b OM_610_SMTD_A00_001.iso+OM_610_SMTD_A00_002.iso
OM_610_SMTD_A00.iso [Windows]

cat OM_610_SMTD_A00_001.iso OM_610_SMTD_A00_002.iso >
OM_610_SMTD_A00.iso [Linux]

Use your DVD burning software to create a DVD from OM_610_SMTD_A00.iso

What the...

I guess that's just too obvious for Dell to mention ANYWHERE. It isn't
on the download page, isn't in the .txt file... and, in fact, each is
referred to as a standalone ISO:

DVD ISO Image 1
       OM_6.1.0_SUU_A01.001.iso
Description: This file contains an ISO image to be used to
create a DVDROM image. Download the file to a folder on your hard
drive,
and then create a DVD using your choice of DVD burning software.

DVD ISO Image 2
       OM_6.1.0_SUU_A01.002.iso
Description: This file contains an ISO image to be used to
create a DVDROM image. Download the file to a folder on your hard
drive,
and then create a DVD using your choice of DVD burning software.

Silly me for not intuiting this oh-so-obvious procedure...

Thanks for pointing this out, Giorgio.
