IT assistant - Software updates

Don't know the error you received because I never try to update a cent
os machine, but have you tried to re-inventory the machine.
Try a separate range with only this ip => run discovery and inventory
again and try again to deploy the update.

You running OMSA 5.5 and ITA 8.3?
