I cannot make my dell poweredbe t105 to recognise both netcards

see below for my system.

I dont know exactly what to do for getting the onboard broadcom
netcard to work - I have tried to pull out the intel card, use the
different bios configurations to no avail.

Anyone who can get me further ?
