PERC5/E messages on logfile??

This is nothing to worry about. Your CDB is an INQUIRY command, meaning that some program was asking for identification information about the enclosure or drive. Your device didn’t know how to respond to this request. 


No data was lost, nothing to worry about.

I saw following messages show on /var/log/message.  I checked "storage management messages reference"  look like it is fine, but I still want confirm here.


Does anyone know what wrong it is?
