Tape Backup Errors

We have getting errors with tape backup. Trying to figure out if the
problem is with the tape backup unit itself or with the SCSI card.

The server is a PowerEdge 600SC with an internal DLT VS160 backup
unit.

Backup starts and runs for about 3 hours before it errors out. We
have run the cleaning tape.

Using CentOS 4.6 and BRU as the backup software.

dmesg shows us these errors.
