RHE 4 on PE1950 with NO Dell CD

Thank you to everyone who suggested Update 4. Worked like a charm
(except now it loads X by default.. Even if I don't have it selected..
But kickstart here I come!).

use a RHEL4u4 disk - this has all required drivers in it
