Hi,

Yesterday this list help us to configure our poweredge 860 with opensuse
10.1.

We upgrade to opensuse 10.2 today, this provide us a 2.6.18 kernel with
native support for the openipmi 2.0.7 and ipmitool 1.8.8.

We have a xen enabled kernel. 2.6.18.2 and xen version 3.0.3_11774.

We have a strange value on temp when reading " ipmitool sensor" :

Temp | -50.000 | degrees C | cr | na |
5.000 | 10.000 | 120.000 | 125.000 | na
Planar Temp | 28.000 | degrees C | ok | na |
3.000 | 7.000 | 48.000 | 53.000 | na

A minus 50 celcius degree is quite strange.

This is problematic because we want to check that the return value for
this command are only "n/a" or "ok"

Temp is cr = critical ?

a -50 °C is effectively critical for us :-)

Thanks for your help,

Novovia
