ext3fs SAS 5/i raid

I reloaded the server (still not in production) with FC5. This came with
the 2.16.15 kernel and the 3.0.3.07 driver. I brought it all the way up,
and it was fine. I then pulled a drive, it it worked fine. No errors or
remounting of the volume.

kernel-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5
Fusion MPT SAS Host driver 3.03.07

I then loaded just the latest kernel (yum update -y kernel). It then
proceeded to load a 2.6.18 kernel with the 3.04.01 driver. The system
then rebooted and was totally in pain. It went through the inital config
again. And screwed up my xwindows configuration. These are the same
versions of the MPT base as the FC6. I believe there is a problem in
that driver.

kernel-2.6.18-1.2239.fc5
Fusion MPT base driver 3.04.01

Thanks for all your help.
