megaraid problem on PERC 4/DC, Red hat ES 3 and PV220S: mount los t!

The RAID firmware is 516A, and it has 14 drives attached.  It's set to
RAID 5

What is the RAID setting, RAID firmware, and how many hard drives you
have in this RAID volume?
