PowerVault 124T support for linux.

Most of the Dell PV's are rebadged ADIC tape changes.  I would try to find
out what the OEM name is and look that up.  The mtx site is also quite out
of date so I would not trust it's database on changers.

I have recently hooked up a PV132T and mtx worked without a hitch.
