Issues with new PE4600 server

A few issues have come up with our new server not yet implemented and
transitioning to...

#1, I was told by a Dell tech to go to RHN and download the "update 4
cd". Where is this? I have subscribed to RHN but see nothing except
individual errata packages. Where can I get this "update 4 cd" that was
suggested for latest drivers for the Perc4 raid adapter card

#2, After startup, the screen scrolls hundreds of messages like:
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: scsi singledevice 0 1 1 0
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: Starting timer : 0 0
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: blk: queue c45ccc18, I/O limit 4095Mb (mask
0xffffffff)
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: scsi singledevice 0 1 2 0
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: Starting timer : 0 0
Mar 17 14:27:14 p2 kernel: blk: queue f64cd218, I/O limit 4095Mb (mask
0xffffffff)
Mar 17 14:27:04 p2 kernel: scsi singledevice 3 0 6 0
Mar 17 14:27:04 p2 kernel: Starting timer : 0 0
Mar 17 14:27:04 p2 kernel: blk: queue c49b4618, I/O limit 4294967295Mb
(mask 0xffffffffffffffff)

What are these warnings?

#3: Our system came from dell with a directory /dell (containing omsw,
rpms, source) which after a reinstall from the Dell Server Management cd,
is no longer there. How can I put it back to factory specs including these
files, and verify correct dell drivers are as they should be beyond the
standard redhat install?

#4: We have an Overland Storage SDLT 10tape changer... any starters how to
backup to a multiple tape unit? In the past I've used dump/restore to a
tape that would fit each backup. (dump&restore used for
compatibility/built in, and available when booting from cd on a crashed
system).

Thanks,
Dan
