I am using PowerEdge 750 with Redhat Linux 3.0 update 3.
And I am already setting up console login from serial.
# grub.conf generated by anaconda
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
# root (hd0,1)
# kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/sda8
# initrd /initrd-version.img
serial --unit=0 --speed=19200 -word=8 --parity=no --stop=1
terminal --timeout=10 serial console
title Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (2.4.21-20.0.1.ELsmp)
        root (hd0,1)
        kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.21-20.0.1.ELsmp ro root=LABEL=/
        console=tty0 console=ttyS0,19200n8r
        initrd /initrd-2.4.21-20.0.1.ELsmp.img

# /etc/inittab
c0:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 19200 ttyS0 vt100

# /etc/securetty

But I can not see any boot log during booting and can not use keyboard until
Red Hat Linux completely booted from console.

How Can I will be able to see boot log during the booting and using keyboard to choose which kernel to boot ?
