Raid Problem with kernel 2.6.6

Hi All,
    I seem to be having a problem with my Dell 2650 and it's Raid card...
The Server is:
Dell 2650
Perc 3/Di
RH AS 3.0
Kernel 2.6.6
FOr some reaosn the server randomly has a problem with the raid control.
Below is what I see in the log:
