OMSA loading cpu ?

Yes, me too. It's the esm.o kernel module that is in eternal Disk Wait mode,
thus increasing the load by one. It doesn't cause any real load as I can
see, but it is annoying. Dell is working on a fix in the next release I
think. Search this list for a larger conversation about this :)

Subject: OMSA loading cpu ?
Has anyone noticed OMSA loading the server? My load average climbs
significantly when I start it on RedHat 9. I wouldn't think it such a schock
except that I have a couple of RH7.3 servers and they are not affected to
nearly the same degree.
