fdisk unable to read /dev/sdb

Hi Martha,


Well, it looks like you have a Perc3 RAID card in there.  Have you gone
in through the BIOS configuration (or dellmgr) for the Perc3 and
verified that the RAID setup is valid and operational?

If the RAID setup isn't happy, then is won't give you a partition table.
