i believe the broadcom driver/utils support this but i haven't played with
it myself (no test 2650 as yet.. sigh)

try looking for this file under support.dell.com

Bcom_LAN_60_UTIL_2.exe

or this

Bcom_LAN_60_RHAS21_rpm_02.tar.gz


and it may have the multipathing/load balancing stuff you want.
