How many processes does snmp have to start?

SNMP is completely unrelated to the omsawsd (web server) process.  Processes
"*pcdr*", Diagengine and nslengine (all diag related) are also SNMP event
unrelated.  If SNMP is the only thing you wish to have you can get rid of
the above named processes.
