New redhat product offerings

Looks promising to me.  There are more details here:

Does anyone know what the situation will be for the cheaper Advanced Server ES on, say, a PE2650?  ES says it will work on servers with up to 2 CPUS.  If you turn on hyperthreading a two physical-cpu 2650 looks to Red Hat AS like it has four (logical) cpus.  So will can we use ES or not in this situation?
