I contacted Dell SBS twice last week, and they were unable to locate that SKU. Is the upgrade available yet?

Yes ... an upgrade is available for PowerApp.web 120 users.  Call the 1-800-WWW-DELL and ask for SKU 420-0835.

Effective Wednesday, March 6th, Dell began taking orders for Linux-based Web Server solutions on the PowerEdge 2550, PowerEdge 350, PowerEdge 1400 SC, and the PowerEdge 1650.
