It doesn't have W2K utilities, but DOS utilities (like setting the asset
tag, running diags, and the like). It can be useful on a system with Linux
installed. Just make sure your boot loader (lilo or grub) installs itself
*not* into the MBR, but into the /boot partition, so that you can get into
it during POST.
