PowerEdge 4400 Kernel Panic!

Our linux server crashes! Seams to happen after ARKEIA (backup program)
has finished it's nightly session. When ARKEIA kick in the machine gets
less responsive, drops packages when pinging it even though ARKEA does 
take up more than 20% of on one of two CPUs.

Same message every time:

I'm running a PowerEdge 4400 dual P3 Xenon with RedHat 7.3, kernel 
2.4.18-5smp  ( kernel upgraded with up2date) and I'm backing up to a

Any Clues?
