PE 2300 Processor Upgrade

I have ordered new PIII 800mhz/100FSB cpu's to replace the 450s that are
currently in the server. I was wondering about the "upgrade kit" that the
manual says is required in order to upgrade over 600 mhz. I was wondering
what that is and if I need it.
