Unixware 7.1.4 and server Dell 1900

Hi, I have installed a server Dell with the UnixWare 7.1.4,and I have installed also the maintenance pack 3,but when I type the command shutdown -y -g0 -i6 , appear this comunication "Automatic Boot Procedure" and the server is blocked,for restart I must swtch power off.
