Total System Lockups on Dell 2900 running SCO Unix 6 -

I have several Dell 2900 servers running SCO 6. They are using the
Megasas driver version 1.0 on the Perc5/i raid card. I am having
mysterious system lockups on these servers, the servers lock dead, no
error messages or panic crashes, totally non-responsive to keyboard
input, numlock key lite will not even turn on and off. The different
servers are almost identical, with some having a Equinox super serial
card, some with a 2 port Digi-neo card instead. 
 
The strange thing is I have another Dell 2900 server running with a
older kernal build, and older patches with the exact same hardware,
which I have had no problems with at all. 
 
I have opened a call with SCO, and they advise that it must be a problem
with a "3rd Party Driver".  
 
Anyone else see similer problems?
