Driver for PERC 4/DC for Unix Sco open server 5.0.5

You can use the amird2.25 driver located at

ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/openserver5/507/drivers/amird225

That should still work with 5.0.5, read the readme. You need a special 
bootstring as LSI changed the device mappings.
