Driver for PERC 4/DC for Unix Sco open server 5.0.5

Dear Sir,

I m trying to install Unix Sco open Server5.0.5
in DELL Power Edge 1800 Server. It has PERC 4/DC Raid
Controller and the driver has not given for Unix.
but my necessety is to install unix as per customer
requirment. 
Kindly suggest , or arrange the appropriate driver for
Raid Controller . 
This has to be done at  One of our prime Customes
(Allahabad Bank)
