Buying new server

Hello

I m buying new server and would appreciate some help.
I will need system that will run SCO OSR 5.0.7 and cpu power is not essential,
so one cpu system will suffice. The only thing that matter is disk space, it
should have at least 2x 300 GB SCSI disks in mirroring raid.

The options to buy (from DELL) in Slovenia are as follows:

PE800
PE1850
PE2850
PE1420SC
PE1800

Dont know, how it is with SATA and SCO, but could it be used as alternative to
expensive SCSI? And how about SATA raid?

If u have any experince with mentioned systems, would very appreciate feedback.
