sco-poweredge list now subscriber-only posting

To reduce the amount of junk mail coming through the sco-poweredge
mailing list, I've set it to require one to be subscribed to the list to
post.  Non-subscriber postings will be held for a moderator to review,
which will introduce some delay into the posting.  Please subscribe to
the list to post to the list.
