[Poweredgec-tools] C6220: "bmc Controller access degraded or unavailable Deasserted" log and how to check FCB version in linux

Thanks for all the reply. With the tools "bmc fcb_version", I got the fcb
version.

While any idea about why there are so many "Controller access degraded or
unavailable Deasserted" messages?
