Nvida Drivers for Precison T3400

Thanks Doug,

downloaded the dell-nvidia-rhel5-169.12-1dkms.x86_64.rpm

Installed using the following command;

rpm -Uvh dell-nvidia-rhel5-169.12-1dkms.x86_64.rpm

It tried toinstall and then gave me the following two error messages;

Error! Your kernel source for kernel 2.6.18-53.1.19.el5 cannot be found at 
/lib/modules/2.6.18-53.1.19.el5/build or 
/lib/modules/2.6.18-53.1.19.el5/source.

Error! could not locate nvida.ko for module nvidia in the DKMS tree. You 
must run a DKMS build for kernel 2.6.18-53.1.19.el5 (x86_64) first.

now X doesn't even start

any suggestions?
